Usually any issues that parents have can be swiftly resolved. If you are concerned about anything in school please talk to the relevant member of staff in the first instance. This may be the Class Teacher or the Head Teacher.

If you feel the matter has not been fairly resolved, you may want to make a complaint. You will find the Complaints Procedure here. Please note it is important that you follow the steps in the complaints procedure in order to progress any issues that you have.
