This year our class is named after the popular author Roald Dahl.

Information

It is a school expectation that children practice their times tables at home as we they will complete a times tables test every Friday.

Children should read at home 3-5 times a week.

It is also the expectation that they go on Reflex at least three times a week at home and that they read at home at least three times a week.

Multiplication Tables Check

In Year 4, there is a national Multiplication Tables Check (MTC). This check is aimed to assess the fluency of children with all times tables up to 12x12. This skill is important to support fluency and maths as children progress into upper key stage 2 and beyond.
